About Our School
Canada West Canine Centre is located on eight acres near Salmon Arm, British Columbia.
Our main building is 3000 square feet which includes -
- offices
- a large bright indoor training area
- indoor housing for student's dogs
Facility Features
Adjacent to the school is the exercise and agility yard complete with all agility equipment.
Operating in conjunction with the school is an active dog and cat boarding kennel with 40 in-door/out-door runs, as well as a busy grooming centre.
Students will enjoy the large tree/grass area for the outdoor training.
Our two programs run back to back during the spring, summer and fall.
These programs are intensive and designed for the serious student.
Both programs encompass theory and practical work and include written as well as practical testing.
Hours of Operation
Canada West Canine Centre is in operation from 8am - 5:30pm every day of the week.
Student attendance is also expected on 2 evenings each week to participate in community obedience classes.
